Taking An Act Of Power
From what I’ve been able to track, my awareness for color and natural fragrance, as intelligent light energy forms, came when I was a little person. These energies opened the doorway for me to see my connection to the Sacred Garden. It was a realm that became my playground and the first time, it was the plant spirit helper of a petunia that guided me there. What began was a life filled with ceremonial vision, a way to see the light in the space between and the limitless potential beyond. This potential in me received nurturing in the gardens of my family, essentially, in the vegetable gardens of my grandfather, Olaf.
My rainbow of color, or what I call spiritual nutrition for the soul (energy that gives us our animation), fed my life experiences, something that has been transforming me ever since. Sensory communication began early for me. The learning systems in a box didn’t teach me about the things I was innately drawn to. Nature quickly became my church. The smells of nature assisted me to sense and feel a divine power of sacred love beyond what we can see in physical reality. Mother Nature showed me there is a world inside the world. There is a spirit of the earth and she speaks. What pops into my head is what Joni Mitchell wrote and sang, “We are stardust, we are golden and we’ve got to get ourselves back to the garden.”
In my adolescence and teenage years, if I had to offer up recognition for one thing that helped me feel the connection to physical reality, it would be the rock and roll singer-songwriters and musicians of the 60′s and 70′s. Well, that and making love for the first time. The music blew my mind and grounded me into sensing my body as something bigger than myself. My far-out dreaming, bohemian-pagan, unconventional mindset, shy and humorous, artist approach to learning and living life divined my path like a Mother Peace tarot deck, which did indeed point out limitless possibility from across the universe! It was the seeker in me who always wanted to discover more.
This website and the soulful creations within, are meant to inspire a personal path of transformation and connection to the divine, ever so deeper and deeper as we go. The artistic imagery that comes through with my spirit and the aromatic creations presented here come from a wealth of experience with energies I hope you find useful for your journey as it continues to unfold. I strongly believe our connection to the Mother Earth is very important as we navigate these challenging times. Alchemy healing and energy medicine is something she understands. It’s time for us to accept and embrace the value in the divine feminine principles for creating life’s wholeness. This is the path I walk.
Developing a relationship with plant spirits, and the use of the energetic medicines they offer, creates opening and connection to make active a grounded and life-giving perspective for healing that which no longer serves. Alchemy healing weaves spirit and matter, opens communication between humanity and the divine.
Alchemy healing transforms learning experience into wisdom and guides one into magical realms where intuition and imagination is honored as something valuable and good. Realms where limitless knowledge abounds and the information of light brings forth the creation of right action for the overall greater good. It may sound like a mantra and for me it is. Trust inner wisdom and believe in what you’re drawn to. Find the connection and ask for the connection to find you.
How more true can it be? Life is not about the destination. Perhaps the miraculous and magical journey existing within the light of the sun, the reflection in the moon, and all parts in between, is all there is. The Queen said in Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, “Believe as many as six impossible things before breakfast.”
